Piledesigner.io has been developed with careful regard to established engineering practice. GSI Software GmbH accepts no liability for the correctness of the results. We further decline any responsibility for technical problems that may occur during the electronic transmission of data.

Results are based on the information supplied by the user and are intended for that user only. It is the sole responsibility of the user to draw the necessary conclusions from the results. We are not liable for acts or omissions based on design results, nor for incorrect calculations resulting from unclear, wrong, incomplete or misleading information provided by the user.

We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profit or business interruption. We are likewise not responsible for losses, damages or costs arising from third party claims against the user, in particular in the context of product liability claims.
